About the Author

Monique lycette

Monique Lycette herself has epilepsy.  Writing children’s books is something that she has enjoyed doing since she was a child.  She enjoys writing about issues that can help others.  That is why she chose to write “Abigail Has Epilepsy.”  She also has her master’s degree in education, special education-learning disabilities. She is not only a children’s book author she is also a substitute teacher and a member of The Screen Actors Guild and The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.  She occasionally works as an actress for these unions.

Monique Lycette herself has epilepsy and loves writing children’s books. It has been something that she has enjoyed doing ever since she was a child. She enjoys writing about issues that can help others. That is why she chose to write “Abigail Has Epilepsy.”

Monique is also a Substitute Teacher and works at SAG-AFTRA and Children’s Book Author. She studied Masters in Education, Special Education-Learning Disabilities, Multi-Categorical at Grand Canyon University.
